Administrators can set access levels for each user — for example, limiting financial data or document upload rights. These settings can be adjusted in the User Management tab or by contacting our team for help.

Please send a written request to getfunded@geddescapital.co.za. Once confirmed, we’ll deactivate your profile and remove your access from the system.

The main account holder can add or remove users directly in the Client Portal under the User Management section. You can also contact us if you’d like assistance managing access.

Immediately change your password and contact getfunded@geddescapital.co.za. Our team will investigate, secure your account, and assist with restoring access if needed.

Yes, multiple authorised users can access your company’s profile. The main account holder can request additional user access via the Client Portal or by contacting our support team. Each user will have secure, individual login credentials.

Click ‘Forgot Password’ on the login page and follow the prompts. You’ll receive a reset link via email.

Visit the link and click on ‘Client Portal’. Enter your registered email and password to log in. You’ll receive a verification code via email or SMS to confirm it’s really you — this is part of our two-step verification process designed to keep your account secure. Enter the code to complete your login.

You’ll receive an email and in-portal notification celebrating your new Boosted level, along with an updated overview of your new benefits and rewards.

GedBoosted points do not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing. However, inactivity for more than 6 months may result in level reclassification.

All Geddes Capital clients are automatically enrolled in the GedBoosted Rewards Programme when their facility is activated. Once onboarded, you’ll receive login details for your client portal, where you can access your rewards dashboard, view your level, and start earning benefits right away.

GedBoosted is exclusively available to Geddes Capital clients who have an active facility or account. Each client receives access to the portal and can track their progress, rewards, and exclusive benefits.

No, there’s absolutely no cost. The GedBoosted Rewards Programme is free and automatically available to all Geddes Capital clients in good standing.

Yes — maintaining your Boosted level depends on consistent engagement, timely submissions, and payment behaviour. Missed deadlines, overdue accounts, or inactivity may impact your level. But don’t worry — you can always regain your points by meeting the required criteria again.

You can view all your available offers and rewards by logging into your GedBoosted portal. Navigate to the Rewards tab for the most up-to-date promotions and partner benefits available to your level.

Stay active and consistent. Make sure your account details and documents are always up to date and engage with your portal regularly. Every interaction — from submitting statements to maintaining a strong payment history — helps you earn and maintain your level.

Your current level and rewards balance appear on your GedBoosted dashboard.

Log into the GedBoosted Portal, navigate to ‘Benefits’, and select the benefit or offer you’d like to redeem.

Reward points are updated automatically at the end of each calendar month after your account review.

You can increase your reward level by maintaining good account standing, timely repayments, and submitting required documentation.
